Who are we?
The Rainbow Esprit empowerment is a registered multicultural organization that was founded in the year 2011 by a group of sexual minorities who appreciated the enormous challenges they have to face, stereotyped by the larger society which is affecting their daily sustainable
livelihood. They conducted a baseline survey that has since guided the group on
their main resolve to ensure a positive holistic and inclusive society
through offering Psychosocial supports.

An inclusive society that embraces sexual minorities on all psychosocial aspects, both economically and socially.
Mission
To restore hope and purpose for the LGBT in Kenya through advocacy for inclusiveness, human rights, Spiritual development, and to promote the overall well being of the body soul and the mind through psychosocial and socioeconomic activities

Objectives
a) To reduce homophobia and trans-phobia by conducting capacity building programmes (for religious leaders, community elders, policy makers, health providers and media through seminars and workshops on psychosocial supports, human spirituality, sexuality and human rights.
b) Conduct social justice, conflict resolution and peace building programs for tolerance in society towards GLBT and their allies.
c) Organize for local and international Educational awareness exchange programs that are geared towards strengthening local and foreign LGBT relations through research, learning and sharing.
d) Collect ,document and publish security violations and concerns amongst sexual minorities ,and make follow ups.
